RESOLUTION NO. 2014-637
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR
IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES 2014-2015 WITH
VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES, INC. OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Implementation Services 2014-2015 dated
July 28, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $72, 000 . 00, for the
projects listed below:
Work Element One: 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Superblock Redevelopment
Work Element Two: Waterloo Reinvestment District Implementation
Work Element Three: Downtown Redevelopment Implementation
Work Element Four: Cedar River Infrastructure Projects and
Programming
Work Element Five: Implementation Assistance for Priority
Projects
Work Element Six: Project Management Team Coordination
Work Element Seven: Funding Opportunity Tracking
by and between Vandewalle & Associates, Inc. of Madison,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
