RESOLUTION NO. 2014-635
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BERENS-
TATE CONSULTING GROUP OF OMAHA, NEBRASKA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated July 28, 2014, to complete required
arbitrage testing for the general obligation bonds issued in
2007, 2008 and 2009 in an amount not to exceed $7, 000 . 00, by and
between Berens-Tate Consulting Group of Omaha, Nebraska and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
