RESOLUTION NO. 2014-630
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ADVANCED
SYSTEMS, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY CITY CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated July 28, 2014, in an amount not to
exceed $88, 831. 54, for the extension of the Electronic Document
Management System to include Novus Agenda Management software and
hardware for processing paper documents and Laserfiche software
assurance program currently utilized by the Police Department and
Water Works, by and between Advanced Systems, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
