RESOLUTION NO. 2014-648
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH U. S.
218/WASHINGTON STREET SYSTEMIC TRAFFIC
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with U. S .
218/Washington Street Systemic Traffic Safety Improvements, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file
said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. , in conjunction with U. S. 218/Washington Street Systemic
Traffic Safety Improvements .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with U.S.
218/Washington Street Systemic Traffic Safety Improvements, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th d of July, 2014 .
