RESOLUTION NO. 2014-644
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WATERSMITH ENGINEERING OF
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Agreement dated July 28, 2014, in
an amount not to exceed $6, 800 . 00, for the preparation of Storm
Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) to cover the Easton
Avenue Waste Water Treatment Plan and the Glenwood Avenue Public
Works Facility to meet the City' s National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements, by and between
Watersmith Engineering of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
