RESOLUTION NO. 2014-640
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO DAN DEERY MOTOR CO. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT - PICK-UP TRUCK WITH PLOW,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $39, 698 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Dan Deery Motor Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $39, 698 . 00, in conjunction with the Purchase of
Snow Removal Equipment for the Waterloo Regional Airport - Pick-
up Truck with Plow described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No.
2014-576A, after public hearing on July 14, 2014 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
