RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO MIDWEST CRANE OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE,
INSTALLATION AND CERTIFICATION OF A FIVE (5)
TON OVERHEAD CRANE FOR THE WELDING SHOP
WITHIN THE CENTRAL GARAGE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$34, 395 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Midwest Crane of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the
amount of $34, 395 . 00, in conjunction with the purchase,
installation and certification of a Five (5) Ton Overhead Crane
for the welding shop within the Central Garage described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, installation and certification with Resolution No.
2014-620, after public hearing on July 28, 2014 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 2014 .
