RESOLUTION NO. 2014-695
RESOLUTION APPROVING ARC FLASH INFORMATION
AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Arc Flash Information and Indemnification Agreement
dated August 11, 2014, for the release of information on the
electrical system to serve the new Blowers Creek Storm Water Lift
Station, by and between MidAmerican Energy of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 2014 .
