RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF BRENT DAHLSTROM OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA FOR A
SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "R-3, R-P" PLANNED
RESIDENCE DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON
LOT 76 OF SUMMERLAND PARK FIRST ADDITION, AS
AUGUST 25, 2014, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 25th day of August,
2014, for the purpose of considering the request of Brent
Dahlstrom of Cedar Falls, Iowa for a site plan amendment to the
"R-3,R-P" Planned Residence District for property located on Lot
76 of Summerland Park First Addition, to allow for the
construction of eleven (11) duplexes, and legally described as
follows:
Summerland Park First Addition, Lot 76.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
