RESOLUTION NO. 2014-687
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY TRANSFER AGREEMENT
AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Development and Property Transfer
Agreement and First Amendment to Lease Purchase Agreement dated
August 11, 2014, making transfer of the SportsPlex facility
automatic upon termination of the Lease, by and between Waterloo
Development Corporation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of August, 2014 .
