RESOLUTION NO. 2014-686
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR DEBT
PAYMENT WITH WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Debt Payment dated August 11, 2014,
relieving the City of any potential liability remaining at the
lease termination date for the SportsPlex facility, by and
between Waterloo Development Corporation and the e Cityof

Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day f August, 2014 .
