RESOLUTION NO. 2014-684
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH SHERWOOD BOLLARD INSTALLATION
SERVICES .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-683, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Sherwood
Bollard Installation Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on August 11, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said services
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of August, 2014 .
