RESOLUTION NO. 2014-682
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF OIL
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-681, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
Purchase of Oil Distribution System, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on August 11, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on mo
tion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of August, 2014 .
