RESOLUTION NO. 2014-719
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right of Way Agreement dated August 18, 2014, requiring
the City to provide any right of way which involves dedicated
streets or alleys and other City-owned land which would be needed
for the reconstruction of U. S. Highway 63 from Jefferson Street
to Franklin Street, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2014 .
