RESOLUTION NO. 2014-718
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated August 18, 2014, in the amount of
$872, 643. 00, for the Acquisition of Snow Removal Equipment
(Carrier Vehicle with Rotary Plow, Utility Vehicle with Snow
Blower and Broom, Front End Loader, and Pick-Up Truck with Plow)
for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2014 .
