RESOLUTION NO. 2014-716
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH MODERN BUILDERS,
INC. OF JANESVILLE, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE REPLACEMENT OF BI-FOLD DOOR ON HANGAR #2
AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $66, 350 . 00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Modern Builders, Inc. of Janesville,
Iowa, for Replacement of the Bi-Fold Door on Hangar #2 at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the amount of $66, 350 . 00, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 18th day of August, 2014, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said Contract,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2014 .
