RESOLUTION NO. 2014-715
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH PELLA ROOFING &
INSULATION, INC. OF VINTON, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE METAL ROOFING
RESTORATION ON THE SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
BUILDING AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $27, 950. 00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Pella Roofing & Insulation, Inc. of
Vinton, Iowa, for the Metal Roofing Restoration on the Snow
Removal Equipment Building at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in
the amount of $27, 950 . 00, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the len day
of August, 2014, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said Contract, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2014 .
