RESOLUTION NO. 2014-710
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated August 18, 2014, in
an amount not to exceed $37, 500. 00, for the engineering for
construction-related services for the Review of Five (5) Sanitary
Sewer Pumping Stations (Hackett Road, Highway 63 South, Douglas
Street, Titus and Tower Park) , by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2014 .
