RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO DICK' S PETROLEUM, INC. OF TRIPOLI,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF OIL
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$35, 993. 03 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Dick' s Petroleum, Inc. of Tripoli, Iowa, in
! the amount of $35, 993 . 03, in conjunction with the Purchase of Oil
j Distribution System described in the specifications heretofore
! adopted by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No.
2014-681, after public hearing on August 11, 2014 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2014 .
