ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR
$5, 910, 000. 00 ($3, 000, 000 . 00 FOR GRAND
CROSSING OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND
$2, 910, 000. 00 FOR PRAIRIE RAPIDS, LLC OF
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA) , TO BE USED ON THE MULTI-
FAMILY (RENTAL) UNIT PRODUCTION - NEW
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM - ROUND 6.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated August 25, 2014, in the amount of
$5, 910, 000. 00 ($3, 000, 000. 00 for Grand Crossing of Cedar Falls,
Iowa and $2, 910, 000 . 00 for Prairie Rapids, LLC of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa) , to be used on the Multi-Family (Rental) Unit Production -
New Construction Program - Round 6, by and between the Iowa
Economic Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2014 .
