RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF CLEANING
SERVICES AT THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING WITH
MARSDEN JANITORIAL SERVICE OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the extension of cleaning services at the Public Works
building through September 30, 2014, at a cost of $1, 052 . 00 per
month, by and between Marsden Janitorial Service of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2014 .
