RESOLUTION NO. 2014-731
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF WESTERN
WATERPROOFING CO. FOR A VARIANCE TO ORDINANCE
NO. 3094, NOISE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Western Waterproofing Co. is requesting a variance
to the Noise Ordinance for construction renovation of the East
5th Street parking ramp from August 26, 2014 to September 26,
2014 during the hours of 6: 00 p.m. to 4 : 00 a.m. , and
WHEREAS, said work will exceed the limits of Ordinance No.
3094, Noise Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, said Western Waterproofing Co. has made formal
application for a variance for construction renovation of the
East 5th Street parking ramp from August 26, 2014 to
September 26, 2014 during the hours of 6: 00 p.m. to 4 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Western Waterproofing Co. ,
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, for
construction renovation of the East 5th Street parking ramp from
August 26, 2014 to September 26, 2014 during the hours of 6: 00
p.m. to 4 : 00 a.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2014 .
