RESOLUTION NO. 2014-741
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH MARTIN NANCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated August 25, 2014, to
legalize an existing 12' x 12' deck on the required right-of-way
located at 1319 Colorado Street, legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 4 of Hillside Addition, City of Waterloo,
Iowa;
by and between Martin Nance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2014 .
