RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F.Y. 2015 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM - ZONE 4, CONTRACT NO. 864, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AS SEPTEMBER 8, 2014, AT
5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8 h day of
September, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2015 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program
- Zone 4, Contract No. 864, in the City of Waterloo, with the
taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2014 .
