RESOLUTION NO. 2014-766
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated September 2, 2014, for the
sale and conveyance of City-owned property located at 1601 and
1624 Black Hawk Street, for $1. 00 plus costs, for the development
of a new bus barn and maintenance facility, by and between the
Waterloo Community School District and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2014 .
