RESOLUTION NO. 2014-786
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 8, 2014, for the Fiscal Year
2015 Air Service Development Program, Project No. 9I150AL0135,
Contract No. 16540, in the amount of $28, 000 . 00, with a 20
percent required city match, to be used for air service
consulting and marketing for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by
and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day f September, 2014 .
