RESOLUTION NO. 2014-793
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH SAFE
ROUTES TO SCHOOL - IRVING ELEMENTARY
TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT AT WEST 5TH STREET
AND BALTIMORE STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Safe
Routes to School - Irving Elementary Traffic Signal Project at
West 5th Street and Baltimore Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file
said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. , in conjunction with the Safe Routes to School - Irving
Elementary Traffic Signal Project at West 5th Street and
Baltimore Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Safe
Routes to School - Irving Elementary Traffic Signal Project at West
5th Street and Baltimore Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2014 .
