RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, AND PAVING
SERVING AUDUBON HEIGHTS FOURTH ADDITION -
PHASE I, AS SUBMITTED BY WAYNE CLAASSEN
ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT DNR FORM
29 (NOV 00) WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND THAT THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS BE SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW
AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE DNR, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and
paving serving Audubon Heights Fourth Addition - Phase I as
submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement DNR Form 29 (NOV
00) with Iowa Department of Natural Resources and that the final
acceptance of construction plans be subject to the review and
acceptance by the DNR, be and the same are hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2014 .
