RESOLUTION NO. 2014-818
RESOLUTION APPROVING EARLY OCCUPANCY
AGREEMENT WITH SERGIO RANGEL OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Occupancy Agreement dated September 15, 2014, for
possession before closing of the sale and purchase transaction of
City-owned new construction property located at 1019 Lafayette
Street, by and between Sergio Rangel of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2014 .
