RESOLUTION NO. 2014-814
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ON BEHALF OF
FIVE STAR SNOW TRAILS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated September 15, 2014, to establish and
sign snowmobile trails within the right-of-way of state highways
that reside within the city limits of Waterloo on behalf of Five
Star Snow Trails Association, Inc. , by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day September, 2014 .
