RESOLUTION NO. 2014-811
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL -
IRVING ELEMENTARY TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT AT
WEST 5TH STREET AND BALTIMORE STREET.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-810, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
Safe Routes to School - Irving Elementary Traffic Signal Project
at West 5th Street and Baltimore Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on September 15, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2014 .
