RESOLUTION NO. 2014-810
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SAFE
ROUTES TO SCHOOL - IRVING ELEMENTARY TRAFFIC
SIGNAL PROJECT AT WEST 5TH STREET AND
BALTIMORE STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Safe
Routes to School - Irving Elementary Traffic Signal Project at
West 5th Street and Baltimore Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate
of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Safe Routes to School -
Irving Elementary Traffic Signal Project at West 5th Street and
Baltimore Street, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2014-793 on September 8, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 15, 2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Safe
Routes to School - Irving Elementary Traffic Signal Project at
West 5th Street and Baltimore Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2014 .
