RESOLUTION NO. 2014-803
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
AUTOMATED SIDE-LOAD GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-802, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) Automated Side-Load Garbage Truck, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on September 15, 2014 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2014 .
