RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND CHECK FOR
$300 . 00 FROM RAY' S SUPERMARKET, 1975 FRANKLIN
STREET, WATERLOO, IOWA FOR SALE OF TOBACCO TO
MINOR VIOLATION, FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Settle Agreement dated March 7, 2016, for the sale of
tobacco to a minor violation, first offense, between Ray' s
Supermarket, 1975 Franklin Street, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and thetMaygr is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2016.
