RESOLUTION NO. 2016-142
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2016 ASPHALT OVERLAY
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 897, AS MARCH 28, 2016,
AT 5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS ON MARCH 24, 2016, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of March 2016, for
the purpose of holding., a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost etc. , in
conjunction with the FY 2016 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract
No. 897, with the taking of bids at 1: 00 p.m. on March 24, 2016.
Section 2 . That .the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and pl"ace -,6f said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
