RESOLUTION NO. 2016-147
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION
CENTER BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
heretofore instructed the Building Official of said city to
prepare specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the Waterloo Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center' Boiler Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Building Official did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the
Waterloo Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Boiler
Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 7,
2016 and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the Waterloo Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center Boiler Replacement Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2016.
