RESOLUTION NO. 2016-152
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
LODGE CONSTRUCTION, OF CLARKSVILLE, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $141, 153 . 25, AND APPROVING THE
CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
FOR THE FY2016 SHERWOOD RECREATION AREA PHASE
II IMPROVEMENTS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA that the contract, bonds, and certificate of insurance dated
March 7, 2016, between Lodge Construction of Clarksville, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $141, 153 . 25, in
conjunction with the FY2016 Sherwood Recreation Area Phase II
Improvements, are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2016.
