RESOLUTION NO. 2016-154
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AECOM OF WATERLOO, IA
IN THE AMOUNT OF $44, 500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE WATERLOO EAST 5TH STREET PARKING RAMP
PHASE 1 REPAIRS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 7,
2016, between AECOM and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount
of $44, 500, in conjunction with the Waterloo East 5th Street
Parking Ramp Phase 1 Repairs, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2016.
