RESOLUTION NO. 2016-157
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS FOR WATER MAIN REPLACEMENTS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH F.Y. 2016 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 898 AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA that the agreement dated March 7, 2016 between the Waterloo
Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, allowing the city to
process payments to the contractor for water main and street
construction and then requiring the Waterloo Water Works to
reimburse the City for water main expenses, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2016 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 898, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2016.
