RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF BRANDON SIMON,
ON BEHALF OF 74PROMOTIONS, FOR A VARIANCE TO
ORDINANCE 4340, VEHICLES ON FLOOD CONTROL
LEVEES, ON MAY 21, 2016 FROM 10 : 00 AM TO 6: 00
PM.
WHEREAS, Brandon Simon on behalf of 74PROmotions is
requesting a variance to the Vehicles on Flood Control Levees
Ordinance on May 21, 2016, from 10 : 00 a.m. to 6: 00 p.m. to allow
motor cross racers to cross the levee and operate on Cattle
Congress grounds on both sides of the levee, together with
recommendation and approval of the Director of Safety Services .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Brandon Simon on behalf of
74PROmotions is requesting a variance to the Vehicles on .Flood
Control Levees Ordinance #4340 on May 21, 2016, from 10 : 00 a.m.
to 6: 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2016.
