RESOLUTION NO. 2016-148
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
WATERLOO FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION
CENTER BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2016-147, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
Waterloo Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Boiler
Replacement Project have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on March 7, 2016 as prescribed
by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2016.
