RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO K
CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. ,
OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $626, 190 . 06, IN CONJUNCTION WITH F.Y.
2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION - PHASE I,
CONTRACT NO. 858 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA that the Contract dated March 7, 2016, between K Cunningham
Construction Company, Inc. , of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $626, 190 . 06, in
conjunction with F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension - Phase
I, Contract No. 858, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2016.
