RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED JUNE 22, 2020, WITH STANLEY
INC., OF DES MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$8,384.11, TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING
SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK AVENUE
BICYCLE SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, to the Professional Services Agreement originally executed
June 22, 2020, with Stanley Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa, in the amount of $8,384.11, to provide
Construction Engineering services in conjunction with the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal
Improvements Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
