RESOLUTION NO. 2021-099
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MAY 20, 2019, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $129,800, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2021 CEDAR RIVER MARINA AND
RECREATIONAL ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 1011, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, to the Professional Services Agreement originally executed
May 20, 2019, with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$129,800, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Cedar River Marina and Recreational Enhancements
Project, Contract No. 1011, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
