RESOLUTION NO. 2021-101
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
ELEMENTSXS, OF SYRACUSE, UTAH, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH A CITY-WIDE SERVICE -REQUEST AND ASSET -
MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000
ANNUALLY, WITH INTEGRATION COSTS OF $75,000, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Service Agreement dated February 15, 2021 between ElementsXS, of Syracuse, Utah,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with a city-wide service -request and asset -
management software, in the amount of $50,000 annually, with integration costs of $75,000, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
