RESOLUTION NO. 2021-104
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LANDLORD CONSENT TO
LEASEHOLD MORTGAGE AND ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE
WITH OSPREY AVIATION, LLC, AND COMMUNITY BANK
AND TRUST, FOR THE NEW HANGAR CONSTRUCTED AT
THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Landlord Consent to Leasehold Mortgage and Estoppel Certificate with Osprey
Aviation, LLC, and Community Bank and Trust, for the new hangar constructed at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
