RESOLUTION NO. 2021-105
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSED SCOPE AND
BUDGET ADDITION CONTRACT WITH VANDEWALLE
AND ASSOCIATES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Scope and Budget Addition Contract dated February 15, 2021, with Vandewalle
and Associates, in the amount of $30,000, to expand work in downtown Waterloo through the
Live Learn Initiative, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
