RESOLUTION NO. 2021-074
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF THE BUDGET MAXIMUM LEVY
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 1, 2021 AT 5:30 P.M. TO APPROVE
THE MAXIMUM LEVIES AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet via Zoom video
conferencing at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of March, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., to approve the maximum
tax levy rate, as required by state law, for the FYE 2022 budget.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
