RESOLUTION NO. 2021-075
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING METH HOTSPOTS GRANT
MONIES FROM OCTOBER 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $20,000, AS A SUB -RECIPIENT FROM THE
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHIEF OF POLICE TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Methamphetamine HotSpots Grant monies from October 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, in the
amount of $20,000, as a sub -recipient from the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy, are
hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Chief of Police are authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2021.
