RESOLUTION NO. 2021-079
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 4, 2021 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 15, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2021 RIVERFRONT STADIUM ELECTRICAL
REPAIR PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1046, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project, Contract No. 1046,
are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium
Electrical Repair Project, Contract No. 1046, be scheduled for March 4, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom video
conferencing, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of March 2021, to hold a public hearing, in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project, Contract No. 1046.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
